The three inner rooms, one of which is entirely frescoed, can be accessed through the patio, where there is the ancient wine press for tasting local wines and beers. At the Locanda del Bigatt the cuisine is rigorously prepared with seasonal products from our organic gardens and orchards: fruit, vegetables, legumes, herbs and perfumes. All other ingredients used in the kitchen also come from the region, from companies that respect the environment and are socially responsible. “Short Km” is one of our values which we also apply for the wines and beer of local producers.
Chef Daniele Giordano is the soul of Locanda dal Bigatt's cuisine. Together with his team, he will amaze you with simple but surprising dishes, where tradition, authenticity and creativity come together. As in every sector of Bigatt, in the cuisine Daniele is working with collaborators who are trying to get an experience of professional integration and personal and social development.
In the patio of the Bigatt there is a wine press that serves as a shop. It is open daily from 10.00 a.m. to 12.00 a.m. and from 16.00 p.m. to 18.00 p.m. and offers our guests a selection of wines and typical products of the area.

Almost 3000 square meters of land are dedicated to organic orchards and vegetable gardens. These are processed according to the principles of natural agriculture and are respectful of the land and the environment.
In the dining room and on the terrace the service management has a deep knowledge of the local producers and their wine. The service staff will be able to advise you in the choice of wines and beers to pair with the Daniele’s dishes.
